What Is The Treatment For Pigmentation On Face?

Hi, i have had a problem with my skin for about 4 years now, i use to have a beautifull skin, i think my problem started with an bacterial infection i had on my skin, ii now have marks in my face and nothing i have used so far made even the slightest difference, i have spend more money on this than i can afford, i dont want to walk around with marks on my fave anymore, and i dont know what to do, it looks like blemishes and its mostly on my cheeks, i have used all kinds of products for this, for example, skin free, celltone, clinique, ect, im despretly seeking any help, please give me advise
