What Is The Treatment For Reducing The Scars Due To Stitches?

19y/o, 5'8", 80 kg. I had my right hand stitched yesterday, because I got in a fight. There are three wounds that required stitching. Total stitches:11-14. I am keloidal. I really want those stitches not to for keloid. I also hope to minimize the scarring.
