What Is The Treatment For Swollen Vaginal Lips?

hey, im on my period, and my vagina felt very irritated and itchy, so i had a bath and used my wash scrub which didn't help just hurt it, i got out of the bath and realized both my vagina lips are swollen and blood came out, i don't want to go to the doctors as i'm so self conscious have you got any ideas what i could do? i'm just wondering if it has swollen from the scrub scratching it or my pad not agreeing with me.
