What Is The Treatment For Throbbing Pain In Abdomen,leg And Testicle?

Hello, I currently am having the following symptoms. I have this weird throbbing pain in my left abdomen all the way at the bottom and right by the pelvic bone i can feel a throbbing almost like a heart beat. I am also feeling a weird pain at the top of my left leg, and pressure on my lower back. My left testicle is also causing a bit of pain. What is going on? Thanks, Justin
