What Is The Treatment For White Spots On The Penis?

Ok this is new to me but, I have the beginnings of a medium painfull group of tiny white spots developing on my penis, the are 1-3mm across and a few of them have. Tiny black spot in the middle, I noticed it this morning, 12 hours ago, and has grown steadily more painfull since then, have only noticed it start and increase today, no itching, but sore, esp when rubbing against clothes
