What Is The Treatment For Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

I am currently having this yellow vaginal discharge and this is the first time this has happened since being on Depo-Provera for 8 months. The difference is now I am in Sengel, W. Africa and started taking Malarone malaria pills. I stopped taking them. What is going on with my body?
