What Is The Treatment Of Itching Around Vagina ?

For about 3 months now I've had extreme itchy in and around my vagina area. This is acompanied by a paste like substance around my outter lips and clitoris. I have had 2 rounds of diflucan for a yeast infection and now suddenly I have this about 2 weeks afterwards. A lot of the time I don't feel it until after I use the rest room and whipe and suddenly it's all I can do not to itch myself senseless. At times I get SO dry too which is completely unlike me. help :(

Other facts: Marrried and only that one man in 5 years. We have not been sexually active since the beginning of this whole mess. I was recommended to drink cranberry juice as well. I've cut out caffeine, carbs and sugar to see if anything has changed
