What Is The Treatment Of Sore Pubic Skin Caused By Shaving ?

ingrown hairs hello doctor, ever since I started shaving my pubic areas, I started developing sores beneath my pubic skin. these sores then after some time they pop and they release a white fluid and then blood and they become painful. I just assumd they were ingrown hairs. I then stopped shaving and they stopped for a while and they came back. I then switched to hair removal creams and I got the same results. how can I stop these sores?
