What Is The Treatment To Get Rid Of Pimples?

i had a pimple that i popped and rinsed it with peroxide to clean it out after. when i did, it bubbled and started to dry, in the white bubbly texture, so i washed it with soap and water. i scrubed a little to hard and took some skin off forming a wound. sinse then i have washed it and kept neosporin on it. but the wound tends to dry, but not get any smaller or sign of over all healing. it does not bleed pretty much at all. what should i do? please help. i would like to have this heal soon.
