What Is The Yellow Crusty Thing On My Nipple After A Miscarriage?

Hi. I m 24 and I recently had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and this morning I noticed a yellowish crusty tiny thing stuck on the middle of my nipple. I picked it off and was like a tiny pale yellowish type scab. It didn t hurt when I picked it off. was just wondering what it was. Thank you in advance for helping. xx
