What Is The Yellow Discharge Coming From My Penis?

yes i am having a very very slight discharge from my penis. it is yellow to clear in color and my sexual drive is extremely high, to the point i have been masturbating about 4 times a day for a week. i have had gonnerhea before and i dont believe thats what this is, there is no pain discomfort or burning sensation when i pee, i recently had what i believe is a kidney infection bc i drink a LOT of coffee, and my back started hurting, then this morning i noticeed for the first time this discharge. no pain in my back anymore either... should i go to the ER to have this taken care of? or could it be just results from the kidneys?
