Hi, I injured my lower back while working out this past Friday. I ended up in the emergency room because the pain was unbearable. I ve been home resting for 3 days and although I feel a little better I m still in pain. Today I got a call from the hospital and the said my xray shows a vertebrae protrussion of 6mm. What does this mean?
