What Is Vitiligo And Suggest Treatment?

i waxed my arms with wax n waxing i tried removing the extra wax with a shower body cloth, it was brand new so it was a little ruff. wen i waxed not all the hairs waxed off so i decided to use hair removal cream and i stared to feel a burn so i took if off and my arm turned wihte and a little bit of body fluid was coming out i dont know it its pus but i tried cleaning it with hydrogen peroxied solution and it burned like if i had used alcohol it looks a bit like vitiligo i need help :(
