What Medication Is Suggested For Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst On Right Adenexal Region?

hello DR i m 24 yr old,i hav hemorrhagic ovarian cyst measuring about 104 x 66 mm in right adenexal region.The large cystic sol shows fine septation within it and fine low level of echoes within it.is it necessary to do laparoscopy surgery?how long do i take to conceive ?
