What Medication Is Suggested For Being Positive For ASCUS?

hi i had my pap smear and im positive with ASCUS. is this serious? and i always have slight pain in my lower back and i easily get tired. i had my menstruation last nov 27 for 3days and had spotting for 10 days and the color is black and the texture is slimmy like phlegm. then my doctor give me albothyl and i used every other day for 7 days but on my 3rd day of using i have spotting and its like menstruation color red. whats happening to me?
