What Medication Is Suggested For Impetigo?

hi i got impetigo last weekend and got fucidin H cream on monday morning... ive been applying it three times a day and it does seem to be getting a lot better... there is no more scabs or grossness.. it is now just a reddish pink in three small areas on my chin.. im just curious will this be a permenant scar? when can i apply makeup to go back to work.. or will it infect it again and come back?.. also when can i kiss my boyfriend again without worrying he will get it?
