What Medication Is Suggested For Red Rashes On Hands?

I have a 3 1/2 yr old who I just noticed tonight has a bright red rash on her hands and possibly her cheeks. She has not been ill, and I'm wondering if it could be an allergic reaction to the "hand stamps" her teachers gave her on tues. Any advice?
