What Might Be The Causes Of Miscarriages Related To Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hello Dr

we are trying for a baby...

I had an ectopic pregnancy in Jul2013 and it dissolved on its own

again in Jan2014, recenty i got postitive preg

when i went for a scan they can't find anything in tube or womb

and my blood HCG is 20 and progeterone is 14 which are very low and they said that its going to be miscarriage

what could be the problem in my case? is something wrong about my eggs?
