What Relieves The Pain In The Lower Back And Neck?

i am 41yrs old, female, i have been having lower back and neck pain for several years now. i have went to several drs. that just seem to blow me off sending me home with the typical pain meds. the last year or so i am constantly in pain.my right leg burns like i have fire on it. sitting, standing walking or anything these days has left me on the heating pad suffering. i went to a new dr. thinking i would get a fresh outlook on my backpain. the only thing he done was a x-ray... comes back ok. frustrated i changed drs. again. i reguested a MRI, or anything to get releive. the MRI, results showed that intervertebral disc spaces show loss of disc space signal seen at 3\4 and 5\1. sagittal views show some slight indentation anterior thecal sac at 5\1. some posterior indentation and degenerative changes are suggested. on axial imaging, the 1\2 level shows no focal impingement. 2\3 also show now significant compromise. 3\4 show some mild circumferential and right sided bulging. facet joint hypertrophy is noted. superior foramen and existing nerve roots do appear to be intact. anterior to posterior central thecal sac is approximately 12mm.4\5 also showscircumferential bulging and posterior degenerative changes in the facet joints. superior neural foramen are intact. anterior to posterior central thecal sac is approximately 9mm. 5\1 shows broad based posterior bulging and some degenerative changes seen. anterior to posterior central thecal sac is approximately 10 to 11 mm. on sagittal imaging this appears to be slightly less at approximately 9 mm due to the angulation. IMPRESSION; borderline spinal stenosis identified inferioly. no high grade stenosis of the neural foramen is seen. some facet joint hypertrophy is seen. the dr. i went to told me that this is something that i will have to deal with and that there was nothing he could do and sent me on my way. but the pain seems to be more and more and it interfers with anything i try to do. and im so mad to think that as much pain as i stay in theres no way i can make any of this up like he thought. please help me understand what exactly all this means? thank you...
