What S Causing Bloating Post Eating, Sickness, Vomiting, Back Pain After Being On Depo Shots For A Year And Negative Urine Test?

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me. For the last couple of months my body hasn t been the same, I bloat very much after eating and feel full and sick. I had been throwing up and having back pains and now I have been recently feeling flutters or some type of movement in my stomach every day at different times . I have been on the depo shot for about a year now and I had a urine test done.. it was negative, so what could be wrong?
