What Should I Do Of Skin Tags Like Feeling Below My Vagina?

the area right below my vagina on the skin between there and my anus has what seems to be skin tags or extra pieces of skin that i feel every time i wipe down there, it sometimes gets slightly itchy when i walk a lot but otherwise they don't bother me.. they don't appear to be warts, and i was wondering if there was any other skin condition that this might be in that area? they're flesh colored and i can move them around easily as though they could come off easily, it's not that rough either
