What Should I Do For Sore Blister On My Knuckle?

I had a random blister/sore on my knuckle on my right hand.

I popped it with my thumb and another finger. The blister water poured out a bit, after I popped it. I wiped it off with a kleenex, and then blood came out of the soar.

I accidentally touched the inside of my nose with the same fingers that touched the sore.

I got concerned abit, so I washed my hands, and then tried to wash my nose area bit with soap. Do you think this soar could be herpes?

I was thinking about getting this soar swabbed on my knucle, as it is starting to heal.

What are your thoughts? I just have felt more pressure and headaches lately, I am just not sure if this soar is herpes. If it is obviously, I do not want to transfer it to my nose or any other part of my body. I heard you can get herpes Encephalitis, from having herpes in your eyes, nose or ears.
