What To Do For Blocked Tubes?

sir i am 36 yrs old , 55 kg weight with both my tubes block so undergoing IVF at dr BN Chakravaty, kolkata but i am totally devasted after 6 unuccessfull cycles including fresh as well as frozen transfer. now i think IVF process is not suiting as i have no other problem besides tube block . its been 4 years since i have been undergoing treatment but dont know what to do now. please help and guide me . thann=k you
