What To Do For Foul Smell From Vagina?

respected,my mother was diabetic,i found diabetic 1992,using daonil,1/2+1/2 after few yrs my doctor change,glimipide 2 mg+2mg.then nt good control increase dose,4mg+4mg and glocuphage ,500 mg+500 mg+500 mg,it was good cotrol,i have protien in urine,25mg to 38,some time raised due to nt good sugar controled,last,urine d/r on today it is 75mg0/0.,i stop glimipride and glocuphage some dr,advised that in albumin in urine glucophage in nt recomendd,and extra heavy dose of glemipride,and put me on daonil 1/2+0+1/2,it is before 5 days,it make me high bp andnt good control,pus cell 2-4 and pus cell 2-4,urates+,i can albumin found 8 month before,depression is still there,nt happy life nt due to financial,my wife have bad smell in viginal area from many years,can i go for urine culture,and i think glimepride was working with only glocuphage,can i use with daonil.or glimepride,my age above 57 yrs,weight 53 kg,height 5ft7inch,i think water intake is reduced ,i will be thankful for reply,i am living in city karachi,pakistan,
