What To Do For Irritation And Smell In Penis?

I am 21 years old, 170 lbs, 5'10" and I have been taking treatment for Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia. My question is will either of those two would cause irritation on my penis and cause a funny smell around the glans, despite repeated cleaning around the area when I bathe?
