What To Do For Pain And Numbness In The Face?

I am a 47 year old female 5'7 and 140 lbs. Two years ago I came down with bells palsey. I have been getting sharp pain and numbness and tingling on my face. Went to neuorologist who sent me for brain MRI. Findings are Chronice Ethmoid Sinusitis and no significant change other than resolution of previously noted bilateral maxillary polyps or retention cysts when compared to 2009 mri. What would your next course be? Will this involve surgery? I am a teacher and school begins in a month.
