What To Do For Pain And Senseless In Feet?

I have pain and senseless in my both feet big toes. My blood sample was checked. There was no symtoms of uric acids and diabetes. X-rays of thoe parts were taken and notnhing was seen. These pain started from 6 months. The pain was first in left foot big toe. After 4 months pain started in right foot big toe. When I press vein going to big toes, i feel like electric shock. When I walk 10 -15 minutes, feet becomes red colour and starts to warm. I should be grateful if you would suggest me for suitable treatment,
