What To Do For Surgery Wound To Heal?

hello, i had an ACL surgery done around 6 weeks ago but the wounds are not healing (no scabs are formed). at first scabs were form but then it sort of opened up and clear yellow fluid started seeping out. then small red extremely bumps started forming. and the wound couldnt heal .. so till now, my surgical wounds are still seeping clear yellow fluid .. please help me, even my doctor doesnt know what is it ... ;(
