What To Do For The Bone Powder Condensed Due To A Fall?

hello sir m akhil from india actually my uncle fell from his bicycle and his elbow was dislocated.he has been treated from last three months there was a surgery of dislocation but later it was diagnosed that he had some part of bones turned powder during the injury and they are still condensed around the bone what should be done now.in addition he is also invigilate by a physiotherapist but movemnent is still not there
