What To Do For The Irritating Red Spots On The Clitoris?

I have some irritated red spots on the hood of my clitoris and also red almost raw looking spots on the actual clitoris itself. It has been off and on sensitive for a few days now, and today was fine, but upon going to be it got really itchy, and when I looked at it I saw the red spots (was not there last night or this morning). I'm really scared and do not know what to do. It feels like the nerve endings in my clitoris are throbbing a little. What should I do?
