What To Do For The Pain Due To Seizures And Tetanic Spams?

I suffered what I now realize was tetanic spasms or seizures at age 12 after being injected with phenothiazine to prevent vomiting. Since then I have lived with almost constant skeletal pain. The doctors I have consulted all seem to think I am neurotic. But the pain is nevertheless very real. Is there anything I can do to help myself. I am now 51 years old and still trying to live with the after effects of this incident.
