What To Do For The Pain In The Ankle When Walking?
Hi,
My left leg is affected from polio when I was 8-10months olld, now I am 35 and weigh abt 70+, off late I am not able to walk much and my leg starts paining near the ankle. Also, i have to travel next month out of India and am worried if if there is a lot of walking in my travel. Could someone help me on this and also suggest if there are any equipments which could help me in walking. Thanks in advance!!
