What To Do For The Pain In The Stitches For C Section?

Dear Madam,

I am 38 years old woman.I had 2 c-section during birth of my children-first one 11 years back.I was 27 year old and second one-7 years back.I was 31 years old.My problem is that sitches that are in low transverse abdominal incision, and 2 sitches are over one another. That makes that area extreme sensitive. My first sitches were undissolvable and second were dissolvable stitches. But after 7 years I still feel pain when I sneeze,or many times when I get up.I want to know why I still feel pain and is there something I can do to reduce it?
