What To Do For The Side Effects Of Defcort?

Hi,i have suffered allergic rhinitis for past many yrs and developed polyps two yrs back.I was advised montek-LC for 6 months and my polyps vanished,but they ve returned again and i have severe nose blocks.i m given defcort 30 and orpro-dm with duonose nasal spray.i m taking some heart medicined for a possible blockage.i did tell the doc about the heart med i m presently taking.is it safe to use defcort and orpro dm which have side effects and can aggravate my heart problem please advise.thanku
