What To Do For The Stomach And Chest Pain?

i have got this pain in my chest & stomach which sometimes also reaches lower & upper back. i went to a cardiologist some time back & got echo-cardiography, TMT, chest x-ray, lipid profile & rest of the examinations done & the doctor found everything ok. there was just one problem that my HDL count was a little low & LDL was in range but on the higher side. i am a regular heavy smoker & drink beer almost everyday. i am overweight too & at the age of 34 years i weigh 112 kgs. the pain is disturbing but bearable. please advise. the doctor has already prescribed TONACT for controlling cholesterol levels & also to improve lifestyle, lose weight & quit smoking.
