What To Do For The Swelling In The Shin Due To A Hit?
I hit my shin bone very hard last week and have a swelling about the size of an egg which is very painfull to touch, there is a little bruising around the damaged area but most of the bruising seems to be underneath the ankle bone on both sides of the foot. I am 59 years old, 6 feet tall and weigh 95 kilos and in good health
