What To Do For The Swollen Foreskin Due To Rough Sex?

hi i am 21 5 ft 11 and 9 st 5 been single for 1 year and half and on monday just passed had unprotected sex and she was quite dry and found hard to get in and when was in just fell out easly tried this a few more times before giving up that night and woke up tuesday morning with the foreskin swollen and red like a doughnut 2 days later notice harder to open foreskin n hole was smaller yesterday there where cracks and couldnt see the tip of penis at all started using sudocrem cream and can see inside and not swollen still cracks but healing it looks like back to normal but still cant fully pull skin back and stinging n very slight red to top of skin what should i do? i keep cleaning every now and then but just wondering is there anything else that can help?
