What To Do For Vaginal Itching?

hi doc, i had a check.up to my ob because of itchiness to my vaginal area she give me the travocort cream and vaginal hex but its been 3days now and my itchiness has gotten worse i stop using the cream just last night and i seems im allergic to it but i still continued using the vaginal hex but wen i woke up today my itchiness has gotten worse...what does this indicate..?do i need to stop them both..?tnx.
