What To Do For Vitiligo?

Hi...i am 3o year old...having vitiligo of thumb size on left buttock...i hav no family history of vitiligo....i had noticed it a year before at that time it was jst a dot size so i ignore it but wen it grew in size then i consult to the doctor ...and he said it is a vitiligo...doctor prescribed me a UVA thearpy where a cream to b applied on affected area and after half n hour expose to a sun for 5 min...n sum ointments n cream too...n a tab once a day...but the thing which worried me...will the vitiligo stabilize or it spread on other areas....plz suggest sum best vitiligo specialist in NCR...
