What To Do If Having Neuroma On Foot And Inserts, Spacers And Padding Does Not Help?

I have problems with a neuroma on my right foot between the 3rd and 4th toes. I have put metatarsal pads on an insert and I use spacers between my big toe (which has a large bunion) and my 3rd and 4th toe. I also had surgery on an osteochondroma on the right side of my heel which healed with a bit of a jagged edge so I wear a doughnut for padding. Any suggestions? I buy shoes with a wide toe box. Do neuromas heal in time if they are not aggrevated?
