What To Do If Having Pain, Numbness And Charley Horse Feeling In Triceps, Arms After Spraining Wrist?

hi, I recently sprained my wrist. most of the pain is on the lateral side, it started in my wrist and hand and some of my forearm. today the pain started radiating up to my elbow. I went to the dr. and got an xray, didn t seem to be broken. tonight while sleeping I woke up to what felt like a charley horse in my tricep and numbness. the pain started radiating up my shoulder and into my back, only on the left side. it is very uncomfortable and I m sort of scared. if you could please help!
