What Treatment For Infertility While Right Side Tube Is Removed?

hello! I am a medical student of final year. i want to ask about my anti. she is married since 8years. she got pregnant after 7 years and that was ectopic pregnancy. laprotomy was done on 14may 2011 the right side tube was removed with lots of clots. after that she never concive. her mensturation cycle is normal, no dysmenorreha. her age is 30yrs. wt is 60kg. her blood group is AB-ive, and husband's blood group is B+ive. now i want to ask that what should we do? plz ans me we are very worried about it
