What Treatment Is Suggested For A Mid LAD Lesion Of 80% ?

Hello doctor,
I am a gynecologist by profession, and my mother is 58 yr old,mild diabetes ,hypertension,and dyslipidemia also,she recently had IWMI with posterior infarction,was not thrombolysed due to late presentation,but was done stenting in RCA dominant artery with a drug eluting stent ,now has a mid LAD lesion 80percent lesion what is the best option to treat this lesion ,and within how much time frame should it be done
