What Treatment Is Suggested For Dandruff And Hair Fall?

Dear Doctor,

I am 28 years female, weight 57 Kgs & height 5'7".

I have curly hair & from childhood ive been suffering from dandruff problem. It usually intensifies with changes in weather. For the past 2 months ive been experiencing severe hair fall from roots, oily scalp & dandruff problem. I ve lost about 30pct of my total hair. All mu blodd tests as in iron, haemoglobin, typhoid etc came out normal. When i got my scalp checked it was found that the scalp is white & oily as against its normal colour & the gaps between the hair follicles was much more than it actually should be. I was told that that i should get a hair treatment which would clean my scalp & open the hair follicles leading to hair growth. the suggested treatment is about 10000 Rs. I am quite unsure if this would help. I am taking trichotorn forte tablets as recommended by the physician. Please advise what is the way to keep dandruff completely at bay & stop it from recurring. Also please advise hair care regimen to be followed for stopping hair fall & increasing hair growth.
