What Treatment Is Suggested For Laminectomy And Discectomy ?

Hello I am a 55 yr old male L4-5 laminectomy and discectomy 4 yrs ago I have constant pain in coccyx, and sciatica Surgeon is recommending xlif surgery. My question is, i have been doing a lot of research online, is success rate for fusion only 40%?
