What Treatment Is Suggested For Polycystic Ovaries Disease?

Hi , i am 24 yrs old today i took check up for thyroid and for some scan related pelvis, In that report they mentioned non pregnant 2.5-28.3 and pregnant 9-208 .. what it means? and also they mention as Impression Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries disease..I didn't getting irregular periods always so i didn't care about it. now last three months i dint get my periods....and I am unmarried .. May i know one thing? these results means that am i pregnant? please tell me
