What Treatment Should I Go For Severe Vagina Pain And Swell?

for the last 4 days i have had discomfort in the vaginal region. it has progressively become worse. i haven't had sex in a year....... vagina is swollen, bumpy, painful.burning sensation. i have pressure like my bladder is full but it isnt. when i DO urinate it hurts ! im sitting @ work and it feels like throbbing from vaginal to anal area. pressure and pain now in lower back. i have no discharge & area seemed dry. i treated for bladder, urinary tract & yeast infections simultaneously. but no relief. i have a very HIGH pain tolerance but this is making me shaky& nauseous. im a single parent with 3 jobs.... no time to go to e.r. & too broke to pay for dr. & she doesn't care to help me it seems...btw im 287 lbs and prediabetic. have lost 65 lbs since the spring. glucose is under control with diet but im ALWAYS under large amounts of stress.
