What Would Cause Bacterial Cells In A Normal Pap Smear?

I am a 30 yrs old and recently had a yearly check up done. Height 5'5, weight 157 pds. Always had normal paps. I have 2 kids and had my tubes tied after my second child. They called and told me my pap was normal however there were some bacterial cells present. just to refrain from alchol and take the prescripton flagyl for 7 days. What would cause baterial cells in a normal pap? Very rarley i have had some bleeding during sex, that stopped right after sex did.
