What Would Causes Heaviness In Eyes?

I am 55 years old and for the last 5-6 years I feel heaviness in my eyes. My eyesight is OK I am also taking BP medicines for the last 6-7 years. My BP remains 140-90-95. My medicines does not keep the BP within normal range. I am also suffering from Cervica. Diabetic patient for the last 6-7 months. Fasting blood sugar is 120-135. I feel tense several times during offficehours.
