When Can Bleeding Restart After Taking Utovlan To Stop Heavy Bleeding?

I was prescribed utovlan to stop my period as it was extremely heavy with big blood clots I was told I could start bleeding after I finished taking them, my last one was on Sunday and nothing yet when is this likely to occur as I have a hospital appointment on Friday to have a colposcopy done
